The Governing Council of Borno State University (BOSU) has announced the appointment of Engr. Professor Babagana Gutti from the Department of Chemical Engineering, University of Maiduguri, as the substantive Vice-Chancellor of the University. The appointment was approved by His Excellency, Professor (Engr.) Babagana Umara Zulum MNI GCON FNSE, Executive Governor of Borno State, and the Visitor of Borno State University.

The Borno State University (BOSU ), has emerged third in the 4th Edition of NATAP-M award for combined admission for 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 in NIGERIA with a whopping sum of 25 Million Naira.
